This past May we had the pleasure yet again of planning The Fresh Air Fund’s Spring Benefit, A Salute to Our American Hero – Mariah Carey. Held at Pier Sixty, at the Chelsea Piers this was a star-studded event celebrated the 20th Anniversary of Camp Mariah, the centerpiece of The Fresh Air Fund’s Career Awareness Program. Today Show co-anchor and weatherman Al Roker served as the MC for the event and the party decor was designed around Mariah’s signature love of butterflies. It was another amazing non-profit event for Gourmet Advisory Services!
