Do you travel for events outside the New York area?
Yes. Gourmet Advisory travels for events well outside the New York area. Destination work is a core part of what we do as a company, both domestically and internationally.
Is there a limit to where you'll plan an event?
No. There is no limit to where Gourmet Advisory will plan an event. We evaluate every destination on its own logistics.
How far in advance should destination events be planned?
The lead time for destination events varies. We can address timing more precisely in an initial conversation about your vision and the scope of the event. Once that is established, we build a timetable together.
Do you work with local vendors at the destination, or bring a team?
Both. In every destination, Gourmet Advisory identifies and carefully vets the right local resources, while bringing in trusted partners from New York and beyond when the event calls for it.
